Airbus said that titanium procurement was not affected in the short term

According to a report by Flight International on May 5, Airbus believes that after Russia was sanctioned, its titanium supply has not been greatly affected, and pointed out that the company is developing secondary resources in the titanium industry. Airbus hopes to increase production of its A320 family of planes to 75 a month by 2025.



Airbus said some of its titanium supplies come directly or indirectly from Russia, and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has increased its supply chain risk.
