Sulfuric Acid Import and Export Data for April 2024
According to customs data, China's sulfuric acid imports in April 2024 were 8,500 tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.59% and a month-on-month decrease of 3.41%; From January to April 2024, the cumulative import volume of sulfuric acid was 61,600 tons, a decrease of 46.01% year-on-year, and the import volume decreased by about 52,500 tons.
Among them, the sulfuric acid import areas in April were South Korea and Chinese Mainland Taiwan accounting for 93% and 7% respectively.
In April 2024, China's sulfuric acid exports were 54,800 tons, a decrease of 67.01% year-on-year and a month-on-month decrease of 72.65%; The cumulative export volume from January to April 2024 was 739,900 tons, a decrease of 17.72% year-on-year, and the export volume decreased by about 111,400 tons.
Among them, Chile accounted for 98% of the total sulfuric acid exports in April, and 2% of other countries.
