New Paradigm of Productive Forces for Cross-Border Expansion | IBI（Guolian Gufen) Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Office of the Mayor of Bekabad

On July 3, Guolian Shares (603613.SH) and the Bekabad City Government Office held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony for multiple joint investment projects in Bekabad City, Tashkent Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. Bekabad City Mayor Babayev Nurilayevich and his delegation of three, Guolian Shares CFO Tian Tao, Vice President Cui Lili, Director of Overseas Business Department Li Lingyun, and other leaders attended the strategic cooperation signing ceremony and conducted in-depth work exchanges.

It is understood that Uzbekistan is a "double landlocked country" in the heart of Central Asia, bordering five landlocked countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan, and is a necessary route for the westward extension of the "Belt and Road".

According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate to implement relevant projects by establishing and operating a company in Bekabad City. To strengthen diversified and multi-level deep cooperation in the industrial chain and supply chain fields, relying on the advantages of Guolian Shares' industrial belt cross-border e-commerce platform and PTDCloud industrial internet platform, an ecological strategic cooperation will be formed with Bekabad City, Tashkent Region, Republic of Uzbekistan.
