The 2026 Hong Kong Airlines Publicity, Ideology, and Culture Work Training Program will be held in Ningbo at the end of October.

To deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, understand the communication rules of the all-media era, tell the story of the new era's port and shipping struggles, and serve the acceleration of building a strong transportation and maritime nation, China Communications News Agency will jointly organize the 2026 Port and Shipping Publicity Ideological and Cultural Work Training Program with Ningbo Port Vocational Training School. The arrangements are as follows:

I. Training Purpose

Leverage the ideological, publicity, and cultural platforms of China Communications News Agency, focus on the transformation needs of port and shipping all-media publicity, improve the comprehensive business capabilities of port and shipping publicity and party-building personnel in areas such as publicity situation analysis, manuscript writing, public opinion monitoring and handling, live streaming, video production, and AI tool operation, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of port and shipping publicity and party-building work.

II. Training Time and Location

(1) Training Time

October 27–30, 2026, a total of 4 days, with registration on October 27.

(2) Training Location

Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

III. Training Participants

Heads and key personnel responsible for party-building and news publicity work in relevant units.

IV. Training Content and Methods

(1) Training Methods: The training will adopt diverse teaching methods such as special lectures, discussion exchanges, and on-site research. Participants are requested to bring their own laptops.

(2) Lecturers: Experts from central mainstream media, industry media, third-party platforms, and influential online figures promoting positive energy.

(3) Training Content:

1. The situation and tasks of transportation publicity ideological and cultural work;

2. News writing;

3. Public opinion work in the all-media era of transportation;

4. Planning and operation of live streaming;

5. Creativity and execution of high-quality videos;

6. AI empowerment in new media creation;

7. On-site research.

V. Training Fees

The training fee is 4,200 yuan/person (including meals and accommodation) or 3,180 yuan/person (including meals but excluding accommodation). Intercity transportation costs are self-funded. Please transfer the training fee to the designated account within 5 days of registration:

VI. Registration Method

(1) Registration Method: Units are requested to register collectively, make unified payments, and issue invoices. Please note "1027 + contact person's phone number" when making the transfer.

VII. Notes

(1) During the training, participants must strictly adhere to the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions and its implementation rules, as well as all regulations on learning, training, safety, confidentiality, and integrity. It is strictly prohibited to use public funds for tourism or disguised tourism under the pretext of training, or to change the itinerary for personal travel.

(2) Participants should reasonably arrange their training plans based on their health conditions. Those with chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes must bring an adequate supply of medication.
