In the first half of 2023, Tangshan Port's cargo throughput reached 4.46 million tons, reflecting a 2.77% year-on-year growth. As a key comprehensive port in Hebei Province, Tangshan Port leveraged its deep-water berths to ensure raw material supplies for the manufacturing sector. The port enhanced trade connectivity by increasing both domestic and foreign trade routes and optimizing multi-modal transport systems. This development injects strong momentum into the province’s investment stability, trade facilitation, and openness.

From January to June this year, Tangshan Port completed a cargo throughput of 446 million tons, an increase of 2.77% year-on-year. As a comprehensive major port in Hebei Province, Tangshan Port has coordinated operations for various cargo types such as ore, steel, and containers since the beginning of the year. Leveraging the advantages of deep-water berths, it has made every effort to ensure the supply of raw materials for manufacturing industries. Domestic and international trade routes have been expanded and intensified, and the efficiency of multimodal transport has continued to improve, injecting strong blue momentum into stabilizing investment, facilitating circulation, and promoting openness across the province.
