On April 22, 2026, at the 2026 Container Multimodal Transport Asia Exhibition opened in Shanghai, the China Container Industry Association announced the launch of a green product evaluation system and the release of the first batch of green container products. The system is the industry's first voluntary green product evaluation system, from the resources, energy, environment, quality, low-carbon five dimensions of comprehensive evaluation, the use of association management platform, enterprise independent declaration, third-party independent review of the three-end collaborative model.
